Program Management Support

  • BBH BBH has the ability to supply consulting services to management and other customer contracted support staff on various topics regarding operational requirements and analysis, programmatic changes, personnel requirements, cost analysis and the development of budget forecasts.
  • BBH will provide assistance to management in development of roles and responsibilities, communications and change management plans for new business rules instituted by new systems or programs.
  • BBH has the competence to accurately report data, track and monitor with an extended ability to produce immediate risk analysis reports targeting deficiencies and areas of risk or default.
  • BBH has the expertise in detailed analysis and status reporting for all phases of contract status and deliverables.

Business Process Support

  • BBH has experience from being involved with multiple IT tiers and layers which include requirements definitions and business process blueprinting, legacy systems integration with COTS products, configuration management, supported multi-site deployment and data migration, cleansing, and validation.
  • BBH will coordinating with local Subject Matter Experts to determine whether there are “Value Added or Non-Value Added” business practices being conducted during an average work day within the current IT solutions dispensed to the Depot Maintenance community. This will assist management to identify, investigate, and monitor automated system interfaces to ensure data integrity.
  • BBH knows how to evaluate existing legacy systems for the transformation and integration to new systems.
  • BBH can actually become the Point of Contact (The Liaison) between the Prime integrator, other contractors, and the program office.
  • BBH has the ability to build a Data Comprehension Bridge that will help the Air Force Logistic Center go from where they are now with their data in several legacy systems THROUGH their current Lean Transformation efforts and eventually take them to where they will ultimately be – a new COTS world called ECSS - Expeditionary Combat Support System.

Financial Management & Comptroller Support

  • BBH has experience from being involved with the DoD Initiative to have all Military activities become CFO Compliant by implementing a DoD level accounting system called DIFMS – Defense Industrial Financial Management System. Members of BBH Consultants have hands-on knowledge and experience with the Marine Corp, Navy and Air Force versions of DIFMS.
  • BBH possesses specialized expertise in the following areas:
    • Requirements Planning & Programming, Profit & Loss, Cost & Scheduling Analysis, Budget & Financial Analysis, Billing, Revenue Collection, Management of Carry Over Funds, End Item Sales Price – EISP generation and Work In Process – WIP analysis
    • Funds Management includes stock funds from the Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF), Supply Management Activity Group (SMAG), Defense Maintenance Activity Group (DMAG) and the Capital Purchase Program (CPP)
    • BBH will support organizations regarding the operations, funding, un-liquidated obligations, base lining, auditing and close-out procedures for the Depot Maintenance Center from a Financial Management point of view.
  • BBH has the ability to assist their Depot Maintenance customers in the following areas:
    • Understanding of both the Air Forces’ Financial Inventory and Accounting Budget System (FIABS) and D035K system processes
      • Including how these systems interact with DMAPS and how those legacy systems transactions contribute to the generation and correction of DIFMS errors
    • Identification of and resolution of various system deficiencies
    • Research and analysis of SC&D systems and transaction processes
    • Issuance, receipt and the provision of suitable repository for Depot Maintenance Account Group (DMAG) and Supply Material Account Group (SMAG) owned material
    • Conducting inventories of material stored in both the DMAG Inventory Management system called NIMMS and the other AF Legacy systems that retain the Material Support Units (MSU) system information

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support in Air Force Depot Maintenance Legacy Systems

  • BBH has experience from being involved with all facets of business analysis, planning, designing, process modeling, developing, testing and implementing Labor, Inventory and Financial tracking systems regarding Air Force Depot Maintenance requirements.
  • BBH will provide process modeling, data mapping and software conversion support for current and new IT system solutions.
  • BBH serves management by accepting the role of being the SME buffer layer between customer requirements and end user products.
  • BBH will be the *Liaison* between functional and technical on-site support staff. With special focus on IT Lean Initiatives which will help the user communities migrate from well-seasoned legacy systems and take them toward the world of IT COTS solutions – Commercial Off-The-Self software products. (i.e. ECSS will use COTS products to support an ERP/MRPII type of software solution).

Software Testing Support

  • BBH has an understand and appreciation for AF Legacy systems in both DoD Supply Chain Management and Depot Maintenance Activities due to our experience from being involved with independent, data interface, and system integration testing regarding the Air Force implementation of the Defense Material Accounting & Production System – DMAPS.
  • Additional knowledge gained by performance assessment, functionality and user requirements testing, operability, security and control testing. Standards verification, data conversion verification and compliance requirements have given BBH an edge over other Small Business’.
  • BBH Staff Members have been AF-ALC site leads and coordinated with AFMC headquarters concerning end users, software developers, hardware systems personnel and others issues related to the testing of an enterprise level IT system solution.

Facilitator & Train-the-Trainer Support

  • BBH has experience from being involved with end-to-end training solutions for enterprise-wide IT programs.
  • BBH will provide the development and execution for the customer on basic organizational activities including data preparation, training requirements and training schedules. Establishing training priorities, analyze courses for customizations, new course development in ISD format, scheduling and coordination for Train the Trainer and OJT training are all done in coordination with Government piers and counter-parts whom which we will be supporting.
  • BBH has the ability to provide aid with researching and writing Air Force and Local Operating Instructions; specifically in the Planning & Scheduling, Supply Chain and Financial Business areas of Depot Maintenance Activities and Depot Supply Operations.
  • BBH is capable of assisting the Air Force with their error & exception reports from DIFMS – the Defense Industrial Financial Management System for Finance, Material and Labor type transactions. We can help the customer with their research, problem identification, recommendations and possible resolutions for the different types of transactions on those DIFMS material, financial and labor error & exception reports.

Administrative Support

  • BBH has the expertise needed to strengthen internal and external briefings and reports using the appropriate visual aids, briefing charts and using available software applications to help communicate a message or messages to & from management.
  • BBH has excellent team building talents that will assist Integrated Product Team(s) (IPT) to track their progress, manning, organizational charts and data entry functions if necessary. BBH will integrate information obtained by the IPT meetings into required reports and documents.
  • BBH is capable of establishing and managing simple databases for generations of special training requirements, files, forms, and organizational plans.

Contract Services Support

  • BBH is prepared to assist an organization in the development and execution of approved acquisition strategies.
  • BBH can prepare electronic synopsis announcements, contract modifications, solicitations and amendments to solicitations, source selection material and any subsequent reports needed by the customer.
  • BBH will assist the source selection teams in the evaluation of proposals, track contract status, milestones and close-outs. Prepare briefings, correspondence papers, agency reports and legal documents when deemed necessary.
  • BBH has the ability to coordinate with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) and other Governmental agencies or paying activities to ensure proper and timely payment of vouchers, obligations and de-obligations of funds transactions.
  • BBH is capable of developing and maintaining specialized databases to support an organizations ability to access, update, populate and analyze their OWN information.
